Volunteers Needed for Annual Sonoma County Book Festival
September 19, 2009 Court House Square, Santa Rosa

1. Set-up Workers (7:00 am - 9:00 am) Help exhibitors unload cars, set up booths, tables and chairs.
2. Hosts for Information Booth (2 hour shifts, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm)
   Welcome people; hand out programs; provide information on literary events and on-square exhibitors; give directions. Last shift will help with break-down of booths. Previous attendance at the Sonoma County Book Festival would be helpful. We will have one short training before the festival—date TBA.
3. Roving Ambassadors (2 hour shifts, 9am - 5pm)
   Hand out programs; serve as temporary relief to exhibitors; give directions; sell l raffle tickets (optional). We will have one short training before the festival—date TBA.
4. Raffle Table (2-hour shifts, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm)
   Sell raffle tickets on Old Courthouse Square and in front of the Public library. Describe prizes; draw winners.
5. Reception (set up at 4:30 and clean up at 6:30) Serve beverages and keep trays of food supplied.
