Windrush Farm Fundraiser
The Sonoma County Book Festival will host a special fundraiser on August 5 at Windrush Farm. Our featured author will be Bruce Aidells in conversation with Michele Anna Jordan.
Aidells is the founder of the nationally distributed Aidells Sausage Company. In addition, he is the author of eleven cookbooks, including Bruce Aidells’s Complete Book of Pork and The Complete Meat Cookbook: Everything You Need to Know to Buy and Cook Today’s Meat (on-sale date, October 2, 2012). His work regularly appears in Eating Well, Bon Appétit, Fine Cooking, Food & Wine, and other publications.
